Playback on iOS requires the phone to not be on 'Silent' mode. Uncheck 'Use low latency Web Audio API' prior to export to ensure playback on  the web.

This scene plays audio at 2 seconds as a timeline action.  Most desktop browsers will play this audio without pre-playing the 'blank' audio file. Safari 14.1.1 will not, and mobile browsers will not. But we can get the timeline action to work if we pair a click or tap with the playback of some other audio file (even if it is a silent audio file).
